Meet Our Team
These are the people who make our hospital a home. They are the people who will welcome you and your pet into our family when you walk through the doors! They will answer your questions when you call, guide you through uncertainties, celebrate with you during those special moments, and provide comfort when you need it the most. Best of all, they will love your pet like their own. Why? Because it's a human thing.
Dr. Michelle Iund
Married to Brad for 30 years, Dr. Michelle and he enjoy as much time as possible with their grown kids (both MHS graduates) - so this usually means travelling, music, and baseball - lots of baseball! With a love for all animals Dr. Michelle simply can't decide on a favorite! Being a veterinarian was always her childhood dream but down deep she also harbors a hidden aspiration to be a photo journalist.
Danielle, your "go-to" person, has been with VVH for 7 years and has lived her whole life in Montgomery. She is a crazy cat owner, spends weekends working on trucks, riding ATVs, enjoying her niece and nephew, fishing and eating pizza. If she wasn't working in veterinary medicine she would be an Ag teacher and would spend all of her free time camping and travelling across the country visiting our beautiful national parks!
Focused on obtaining her Veterinary Technician License, there is not an animal that Kati is not head over heals for! She will say that dogs have her heart, but so do cats, chickens, goats, horses, pigs, and fish...yes, even fish! Marine Biology was in her sights but she was a bit land locked growing up in Montgomery. These days, when not in class, she is devoted to spending time with her precious two-legged son.
Many of you will know Kacey well...growing up in Montgomery, Kacey has also "grown up" at VVH - she has been with us for over 10 years! An old soul, she is all about comfort. Whether it is down home cooking, listening to music from the 60's to the 80's, reading, riding her horse, or playing with her dogs and cats...she will make you feel warm and welcomed and loved. Kacey is currently working toward entering veterinary school.
Riley came to VVH through a cooperate program enjoyed with Montgomery High School which introduces high school students to veterinary medicine. She embodies everything that is Texas - its country music, riding horses, raising and showing cows and currently being a Texas A&M Aggie! Riley is a bright ray of sunshine and we know she will be a star in veterinary school one day.
