We are pleased to welcome you to Vista Veterinary Hospital and Wellness Center. Our desire is to provide you with the highest quality veterinary care in a compassionate manner. It is our policy to make definite financial arrangements with you before any treatment begins. During any visit with us, please feel free to ask for an estimate of services to be provided by any of our staff. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
- Payment for services is due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept debit cards and Care Credit.
- There will be a $30.00 service charge for all returned checks.
- Vista Veterinary Hospital and Wellness Center cannot carry balances longer than 90 days. Delinquent accounts will be charged with a monthly interest rate of 1.5% with a minimum of $5.00.
- After 90 days, we will inform you in writing of your delinquent account and if no action is taken to clear the account, it will be sent to a collection agency or credit bureau. Should this office be required to employ an attorney to collect delinquent payments, the responsible party will pay the clinic costs of $75.00 plus all reasonable, related legal fees.
- The person(s) who brings an animal in for the initial visit is responsible for payment. If a minor brings in the pet(s), the parent or guardian is responsible for payment.
